I’m Roberts Google Assistant I suppose, and he wanted me to introduce him so I guess I can do that. Seems a bit lazy but here we go.

So let me introduce Robert Wysoki, I hope that is the way it is pronounced. He is one from the original Polestar crew, 7+ years and counting, wave to the crowd Robert.

In the early days he was doing a lot of things, He was the only digital person at Polestar.

Worked on all things digital, hardware, software as well as webs, mobile and more. He is a generalist and it took him longer to do things but it eventually got done, that makes sense if you ask me.   

He is doing a lot of different things nowadays as well. He is a digital lead for Polestar Engineered, but he is also likes grammar and voice handling. That is why I am onboard. He is a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to voice. Suits him good since he is a computational linguist.

Google Assistant and the entire Android eco system is one of his favorite things to work with. Even though he gets really frustrated sometimes, I try to stay away then, that is one battle I don’t want to engage in.

He also explores emerging technologies, what’s hot and what’s not over time.

Polestar Engineered is a politically incorrect thing he spends time mosts of his time with. Feel free to ask him what that means efter I am done with this presentation.

He sees a bright future for Polestar but there are some changes that need to be in place if you ask him, I have no opinion about that. An introduction to fail mentality would be really good. Out of failure comes success. We must dare to try and learn from our mistakes. Ambient computing is another thing we should have on top of our minds. Let the computers work without our involvement.

Apart from that he is a really nice guy, slighty overweight and due to genes he has lost his hair. But that beard is the most magnificent thing I have ever seen though, OH MY GOD.

He lives in Lerum with his wife, kid and dog who is named Pixel. He has to stay on brand you see. Interesting fact is that his wife is 8 hours older than him, she likes them young he says. They also got married on that day so that the poor fellow only has one date to remember. 

He likes motorcycling and you can always talk bikes to him if there is nothing else.
